Description: One of the primary objectives for individual monitoring is to provide a basis for estimation of the actual radiation exposure of workers, to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements. In addition, it can be used for evaluation and development of operating procedures, and provision of information that may help motivate workers to reduce exposure. Meanwhile Individual monitoring means the assessment of dose equivalent by the use of individual monitoring devices or by the use of survey data. .
