Nuclear Security is the prevention of criminal intentions or unauthorized acts involving or directed at Nuclear Material, other Radioactive Material, Associated Facilities, or Associated Activities, which should be properly managed by national legal body (Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Act, 1995) to guide and checkmate the activities of Nuclear Security and to provide standardization of Nuclear Materials or Radioactive Materials. The seminar also discussed on various forms of Nuclear Security, Nuclear Security events and the national involvement in tackling unauthorized, criminal intentions involving Nuclear or Radioactive Materials.
